Kutná Hora is an ancient silver mining town, situated about 65 km east of Prague. It was founded in the 13th century and has numerous splendid Gothic monuments. The highlight of the tour is the visit to the St. Barbara Cathedral and the Royal Mint, which once produced the coin "Prague grosch".

The nearby Sedlec with former Cistercian Monastery has rather unique bone church or ossuary as it is also known, which is well worth the visit.
